A business jet being hand-finished inside a hangar at blue hour

Capabilities

Seven disciplines.
One standard.

Exterior, interior, restoration and protection work — each with its own method, its own limits, and the same rule underneath: the aircraft comes first.

02Two halves

Outside the aircraft.
Inside the aircraft.

Most visits combine both. They are scheduled differently because they have different access requirements and different drying and cure times.

Exterior program

Surface, structure-adjacent, weather-exposed

Exterior work is driven by the paint system's condition and by what the facility and weather allow on the day. It usually needs the larger, less flexible service window.

  • Low-moisture exterior detailing and eco dry-wash
  • Belly, gear leg and wheel-well cosmetic cleaning
  • Brightwork correction on leading edges and inlets
  • Paint assessment, staged correction and gloss recovery
  • Ceramic and sealant protection systems
  • Cosmetic de-ice boot cleaning and dressing
  • Exterior window and windshield clarity work

Interior program

Materials, contact surfaces, cure time

Interior work is driven by materials and by drying and cure times. It is more schedulable, and it is what a passenger actually experiences on the next leg.

  • Full cabin detailing across every zone
  • Low-moisture carpet and soft-trim extraction
  • Leather cleaning, conditioning, repair and re-dye
  • Galley stainless, veneer and solid-surface detail
  • Lavatory fixtures, mirror and vanity presentation
  • Cabin-side window clarity and reveal detailing
  • High-touch surface treatment throughout

03Correction

Cleaning is not
correction.

It is worth being precise about this, because it is the single most common misunderstanding in aircraft appearance work — and the one that leads to the most disappointment.

Cleaning removes what is sitting on the surface. It is the largest part of most visits and it is what makes an aircraft presentable.

Correction removes a thin layer of the surface itself to eliminate defects within it. It is finite, it is staged, and it is limited by what the paint film or the polished metal can safely give up.

Protection is what determines how long either result lasts. It is the least visible part of the job and often the most valuable.
