Access, facility procedure and realistic scope vary considerably between these fields. The map is schematic — the differences are not.
Primary corridor hub
IAD Washington Dulles International
Dulles, Virginia
Large-cabin and international movements. Service is arranged with the handling FBO or the hangar tenant before the crew arrives.
Ramp or hangar by arrangement
FBO badging coordinated in advance
Suited to full exterior and cabin scopes
Based-fleet field
HEF Manassas Regional
Manassas, Virginia
A heavy based-aircraft field on the western side of the corridor, and a practical location for longer restoration work.
Hangar-friendly for staged work
Mobile exterior and interior scopes
Suited to multi-day restoration
Restricted-access field
DCA Ronald Reagan Washington National
Arlington, Virginia
Access is controlled and must be coordinated in advance. Scopes are planned around the ground time your operator actually holds.
Access coordinated before dispatch
Short-window scopes prioritized
Turn planning around slot times
Northern corridor hub
BWI Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall
Baltimore, Maryland
Covers the Maryland side of the corridor for charter, managed and corporate flight departments.
Ramp or hangar by arrangement
Charter and managed fleet cadence

Serves owner-flown and light-jet operations in the Loudoun corridor, minutes from the Dulles hub.
Owner-flown and light jet focus
Hangar coordination with tenants
Pairs with Dulles routing
02Field by field
What each field actually involves.
Every visit is coordinated with the handling FBO, the hangar tenant or your flight department before a crew is dispatched.

Where the work happens
The location is decided by scope, weather, facility rules and access — and it is
confirmed in writing before dispatch so nobody is guessing on the day.
Ramp work where the facility permits it and the scope allows
Hangar preferred for correction, coating and restoration
Weather contingency agreed at scoping, not on the morning
Location confirmed in writing before a crew is dispatched
Coordination
Who we deal with, so you don't
Establishing access is the part that consumes a scheduler's day. It is included in every
engagement rather than treated as your problem.
Handling FBO or hangar tenant contact established
Badging and ramp access requirements handled
Flight department and crew kept to a single channel
Timing re-confirmed if your schedule moves
03Questions
About coverage.
Regularly. The six shown are the fields we work most often, not a boundary. Nearby fields across the corridor are available by arrangement — send the identifier and we will tell you straight away whether we can support it.
It depends on the scope and the weather. Correction, coating and restoration work is better in a hangar and sometimes requires one. Standard exterior and interior scopes are frequently performed on the ramp where the facility permits it.
We do. Establishing the contact, handling badging and access requirements and confirming the location in writing is part of the coordination step — it is one of the main reasons operators use us rather than managing a vendor themselves.
Access at controlled fields has to be coordinated in advance and is subject to the operator's and the facility's requirements. We plan those visits around the ground time your operator actually holds.
Next step
Tell us the identifier and we will tell you what is possible.
Six primary fields, plus nearby airports by arrangement. Send the field and the window and we will confirm what we can support.
